To request a statement of your wins and losses for tax purposes, please submit a separate request for each year that you require a statement for. Requests may only be made for the last 5 years. Please provide your Legal First and Last Name to ensure our system locates you accordingly.
All estimated wins and losses are based on rated play. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that they are rated as no adjustments will be made after the fact.
