To request a statement of your wins and losses for tax purposes, please submit a separate request for each year that you require a statement for. Requests may only be made for the last 5 years. We can only provide a Win/Loss statement for completed years within this period. Please provide your First and Last Name to ensure our system locates you accordingly. To prevent delays in our automated system, please use your full legal name (no nicknames or abbreviations) and include your suffix if it was used when making your reservation(s). Win/Loss requests may be emailed from WinLoss@carnival.com; please be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
All estimated wins and losses are based on rated play. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that they are rated, as no adjustments will be made after the fact.
