Voice of the Player is a new initiative by Carnival Corporation aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of our guests’ overall casino cruising experience. To achieve this, we are conducting a pre-cruise survey that will help us learn more about your expectations when playing in the casino, how much time you plan on spending there as well as your overall intentions. Following the cruise, Voice of the Player will send a separate survey (shorter than your general cruise satisfaction survey). This survey will focus on your casino experience while on the ship, including service, satisfaction levels and intention to return.
We will utilize the input from guests like you to enhance both the customer-facing aspects of our casino and the pre-cruise guest experience, while also contributing to the overall long-term advancement of our casinos.
