Voucher Terms and Conditions

The promotional voucher (“Voucher”) is only valid for use by the recipient of the Voucher (“Holder”), for a double-occupancy stateroom of the best-available category listed on the Voucher, aboard Holder’s choice of eligible cruise itinerary set forth on the Voucher (each such cruise, a “Cruise”) of up to the maximum cruise length set forth on the Voucher, provided by an eligible cruise line set forth on the Voucher (“Cruise Line”). Holder shall be responsible for payment of the applicable deposit set forth below. As noted on the Voucher face, Voucher excludes taxes, fees, and required expenses, which means HOLDER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL GOVERNMENT TAXES AND FEES AND REQUIRED CRUISE FEES AND EXPENSES (both as defined the in the Cruise Contract available on the applicable Cruise Line’s website, as set forth below). VOUCHER EXPIRES ON DATE SET FORTH ON THE VOUCHER (“REQUIRED CRUISE BOOK-BY DATE”). HOLDER MUST USE VOUCHER ON AN ELIGIBLE CRUISE SAILING BY THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR A CRUISE DEPARTING BY DATE SET FORTH ON THE VOUCHER (“CRUISE SAIL-BY DATE”). If Voucher is not used by the Expiration Date and/or used on a Cruise sailing by the Sail-By Date listed, then such Voucher (in its entirety) shall expire and be void and Holder shall have no ability or right to use the Voucher/any unused portion. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability, are capacity controlled, and the exact dates requested are not guaranteed. Some exclusions and blackout dates apply, including: Holiday sailings and sailings identified as specialty cruises. Holder will be responsible for payment of a non-refundable deposit applicable to the selected Cruise, as follows: (i) for Cruises with Carnival Cruise Line, a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD per guest, (ii) for Cruises with Holland America Line, a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD per guest, and (iii) for Cruises with Princess Cruises, a nonrefundable deposit of $200 USD per guest. Upon sailing, non-refundable deposit will be converted to an onboard credit. Cruise excludes Government Taxes and Fees and Required Cruise Fees and Expenses applicable to the selected Cruise, which range from approximately $150 to $450 USD, based on choice of Cruise and itinerary. Holder shall be solely responsible for any and all other costs, items, and expenses, including without limitation, transportation to and from embarkment/disembarkment site, any air transportation, ground transportation, gratuities, baggage fees, travel upgrades, shore excursions, onboard incidentals, spa treatments, stateroom upgrades, premium dining, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein. Holder and travel guest must cruise on same itinerary. Holder must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking; and their guest must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction/state of residence, unless the Holder is the parent or legal guardian of the guest. Voucher must be used in a single transaction and on a single Cruise; no credit or refund shall be provided for stateroom downgrades, for partial use of Voucher, or for any other reason, including if the Holder elects not to bring a guest. Holder may be permitted to bring a 3rd and 4th guest; however, such 3rd and 4th guest, and any related additional charges, are subject to availability and all related costs (including, without limitation, the stateroom charge) will be the sole responsibility of the Holder. All of Cruise Line’s standard booking terms, restrictions, fees, deposits, and conditions apply to the Cruise, Holder, and their guest(s), including those set forth and detailed in the applicable passenger contract (each, a “Cruise Contract”), which can be found at the following links:

Booked Cruises cannot be changed or cancelled, or deposit will be forfeited. Holder will be responsible for payment of the non-refundable deposit, and any and all other costs, associated with changing any booking or re-booking any cancelled cruise. All other amounts paid are subject to the cancellation and refund policies set forth in the applicable Cruise Line’s Cruise Contract (see Section 7 of the applicable Cruise Contract). Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Voucher is the Holder’s sole responsibility. Voucher is not replaceable and has no value if lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, expired, photocopied or reproduced in any way. Cruise Line reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel the Voucher and any of its terms at any time. Cruise Line is not responsible or liable for any errors on, or in connection with, the Voucher, including without limitation, printing or typographical errors. Length of Cruise may vary within maximum cruise length set forth on the Voucher; no difference in price/value of Cruises shall be awarded to holder. Holder must sail on any Cruise booked with the Voucher; if for any reason Holder’s guest sails but Holder does not, the guest will be charged the full value of the Cruise. Voucher is non-transferable (and cannot be sold), has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and shall not be recreated or copied. Voucher shall only be used for new bookings and cannot be combined with any other fare offer or discount. All Voucher details not specified in these terms will be determined in Cruise Line’s sole and absolute discretion. Voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Use of Voucher implies and denotes acceptance of all terms and conditions herein and any other applicable terms and conditions, whether written or implied.
