Walter Falsario, Assistant Casino Manager, Carnival Conquest
Walter is a great example of living the Carnival Values. He engages the team members and guests equally, making them feel welcome and part of the Carnival family. His friendly yet professional nature is well liked and recognized by all. He can be seen regularly including FUN into his everyday duties but also showing seriousness when it is required.
Working in a busy environment, often with high end guests, Walter effectively anticipates guest’s needs at all times, using their name on a consistent basis, showing pride in what he does.
Walter displays a friendly and professional approach to all. He is patient, thoughtful and courteous to anyone he comes in contact with.
Walter’s leadership style is evident at all times, employing a friendly, respectful and professional balance amongst the team. He is patient, thoughtful and leads by example. It is clear that the team he supervises has a high degree of care and respect for him too.
Walter never hesitates to “Speak Up” when necessary. He is confident, has an open mind, and feels important enough to voice his opinions on any matter that he feels is critical to the operation.
Being friendly, smiling and engaging in his everyday approach, Walter has a consistent positive impact on the operation. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he proves he is a hardworking member of the team with a highly positive attitude who displays a clear pride in his job. His attitude and kind nature have a positive impact on the operation and team as a whole.
Walter’s daily performance has a positive impact on his fellow team members. He leads by example in all areas of his role and lives the values on a daily basis, providing a sound environment and friendly atmosphere. Walter has given up his own time frequently to help develop our team and share his knowledge in order to better the operation.
Walter is a great addition to the Conquest casino team, and it is evident he is well liked and respected by all members of the team. The motivation and pride he shows on a daily basis is a great example of how members/ leaders of our team should be.
