Since joining Global Gaming in 2019, I’ve experienced a journey defined by empowerment, support, and continuous growth. From day one, I’ve felt encouraged not only by our company’s leadership and management but also by the colleagues who stand beside me every day.

What has made the biggest difference in my career is the unwavering support I’ve received from both our onboard teams and our shoreside partners. Every Casino Manager I’ve worked with, along with the Executive Hosts and Marketing Team, has played a meaningful role in my development. Their guidance, encouragement, and belief in my potential have helped shape the professional I am today.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me along the way. Global Gaming has given me opportunities I never imagined, and I truly believe that success is possible for anyone who believes in themselves and puts their heart into their work.
