I am fortunate to have been with GCO for over 18 years, and it’s an amazing journey of growth. Thanks to our organization’s supportive and empowering culture, I have steadily moved up from my first role as a slot attendant. The constant support and encouragement from our shoreside and fleet leaders guide me through my career. Their inspirational leadership and clear direction provide me with a solid path to follow, which is vital for my professional development.

My shipboard casino colleagues also greatly contribute to my success. Their friendship and support create a collaborative environment where I thrive. From the beginning of my career to now, the teamwork and dedication of my colleagues constantly motivate me to do my best.
