I’ve been with the company for five years, and what I love most about my job is the ability to make people smile and create unforgettable experiences. That’s what keeps me motivated every day. I’m fortunate to work alongside incredible people and leaders who inspire me—Carlos Garcia, Federico and Diana (Casino Managers), Kyle Patterson (Executive Host), Lilian (Director of Marketing), and Martín (our big boss! ).

There are so many more I admire and appreciate, but if I listed them all, this post would never end! I’m proud of the person I’ve become and excited about the person I’m continuing to grow into here. This company has given me great support and, most importantly, a place where my voice is heard.
