Through these 16 years, I’ve grown both personally and professionally, and this job has given me the opportunity to visit places, meet people from all over the world. This journey has now brought me to a leadership role as Head of Department, which comes with great responsibilities and the motivation to do what’s right for both my team and our valued guests.
