I started back in 2007 and I did two contracts as a dealer. In 2018, I was rehired as a supervisor. What makes me feel empowered is having the authority to make decisions related to daily operations, receiving guidance and support from higher management, professional development and having positive feedback and recognition. I’d like to thank Stockdale, Lee James for being an influential person in my growth. Something about me is that I am passionate about traveling and exploring new places, which has given me a broader perspective on different cultures and lifestyles.
