CASINO MANAGER 

I have been part of Carnival’s Global Gaming team for 14 years, and throughout that time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through several roles within the casino, starting as a Dealer and progressing through Supervisor and Assistant Manager before becoming a Casino Manager. What empowers me most in my role is the opportunity to lead, support, and develop my team. Being a Casino Manager is not only about achieving operational and financial goals, but also about creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and confident in their abilities. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside many leaders and colleagues who have influenced my growth in different ways, collectively helping shape the leader I am today. After 14 years in the cruise industry, I can truly say this career has given me much more than a job. It has given me the opportunity to travel the world, meet incredible people, overcome challenges, and continuously grow both personally and professionally. Looking back at where I started and how far I’ve come makes me incredibly proud, and I’m grateful for every opportunity, lesson, and person who has been part of my journey.
