I began my career in the casino industry at the age of 18, and after five and a half years, I applied to work for Carnival Cruise Line. I started as a casino dealer, and after three years, I was promoted to casino supervisor. In 2017, I joined the roving team, which proved to be the most growth-oriented and influential chapter of my journey. It allowed me to connect with our guests on a deeper level and engage with them in new and meaningful ways.
I feel most empowered within my role by being there for the team—supporting and guiding them to succeed. Helping people and maintaining a safe and positive work environment inspires me every day. I take pride in creating a workplace that colleagues speak positively about, where they feel valued, want to return, and know they are safe.

Throughout my journey, I believe that everyone I’ve worked with has contributed to my growth in some way. I’m especially grateful to the people who were actively involved in my development, namely Thomas Davidson, who, at the time, was Casino Manager, genuinely cared about my progress and encouraged me to learn as much as I could.

After the pandemic, I took on a new challenge by starting my training as an Assistant Casino Manager. This experience has been instrumental in helping me grow personally and professionally. It taught me to push my boundaries, discover more about myself, and prepare for leadership roles. I am excited about continuing to grow within the company, developing my leadership skills, working in a diverse, multicultural environment, and delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.
