I remember my first day onboard the Carnival Freedom 11 years ago like it happened yesterday. I was so confused and scared everything was new, from the endless corridors to the unfamiliar faces. I didn’t know what to expect or where to go. But thanks to the incredible team I was welcomed into, I quickly found my way. Their patience, guidance, and support helped me adapt faster than I ever imagined. What started as an overwhelming experience soon turned into one of the most rewarding chapters of my life.

What makes me feel most empowered in my role is definitely the support I get from my teammates. Knowing that I’m not alone and that I have people I can count on really makes a big difference. Our leadership also plays a huge part they don’t just give direction; they actually listen, guide, and encourage us to grow.             

There have been so many people who have helped me in my growth, and if I mention any names, I might miss someone. I just want to say thank you for your patience and belief in me. The person I am today is because of you and the opportunity I have had to work for Global Gaming.
