I joined Global Gaming on 8 June 2025. I want to thank Carlos Garcia, when I hesitated over the contract, he encouraged me to give it one try, reassuring me I could always walk away after. I’m so glad I did; it’s been one of the best decisions of my career.

What empowers me most is the support from Fleet Marketing and Casino leadership, the strong learning and development opportunities, and a fleet-wide community where questions are welcomed, not judged. So many people have shaped my journey, but I especially thank Mariela Gutierrez, my first Marketing Manager, for the patience and guidance that built my confidence as a host, and Alex for continuing that mentorship. From the Casino Marketing team to Casino Management, I felt like family from day one, and Denver Donaldson’s innovative thinking and passion for the industry became instrumental in my leadership growth.

I’ve worked in casinos for 23 years, starting as a cleaner and rising to Regional VIP Services Manager for the Big 5 casinos back home, earning a BBA in Marketing Management along the way. After some personal challenges, I sought a new chapter overseas, which led me to Carnival, and I’m honored to now serve as Casino Marketing Manager, proof that hard work and resilience make anything possible.
