I have been with Carnival for over 15 years. I am a firm believer that a true organization can only be successful if its employees are treated right and motivated towards achieving a common goal. Therefore, support from fellow team members is vital and the most empowering trait which helps me perform my job better.

There have been quite a few Managers who have influenced me over the years, but all of them had one thing in common, that is “Empathy”. With this promotion I aspire to be like them and also motivate the future generations to be ambitious, focused, all while being empathetic to others.

Travelling is something me and my family enjoy the most, hence we make it a point to plan a vacation to place we have not visited before just to get a glimpse of the culture the people and the beautiful locations.
