I have been with GCO for 6 years. The support from my team and leadership made me feel the most empowered. Although all our leadership have contributed to my development, and I thank them for all their support, Andrew Pearson has been the most influential person in my growth. 25 years ago, I graduated from the Mechanical Engineering University.  The funny thing is that I have never worked as an engineer. In the last two years of university, I started working in a casino. At night I worked in the casino and during the day I went to classes. It was not easy at all, but I was so enthusiastic about my new job that I never felt tired. If I could turn back time, I will do it all over again. This job makes me feel fulfilled and gives me so much satisfaction.
