I joined Global Gaming on April 7, 2018, and it has been a journey of continuous growth ever since. I feel most empowered when I can take ownership of my work, find solutions to challenges, and support the people I work with. Seeing the positive results of what I do gives me a strong sense of purpose and motivates me to keep improving.

When I reflect on the people who have shaped me most, my family comes to mind first — their encouragement has always been my foundation. Close behind them are the colleagues and mentors I’ve had the privilege of working with, who have offered invaluable advice and shared their experiences with me. Learning from them has helped me grow not just in my career, but as a person as well.

At my core, I see myself as a collaborative, growth-oriented person who values trust, transparency, and teamwork. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported, and I find real fulfillment in solving problems, continuously learning, and helping others succeed.
