I’ve been part of the Global Gaming team for 18 years, since February 2007. I feel most empowered by the trust and collaboration that defines the Global Gaming team. Knowing that my contributions are valued and having support from colleagues and leadership gives me the confidence to take on new challenges and grow. I’ve been lucky to learn from many inspiring mentors and teammates who shared their experiences and encouraged me along the way. I’m grateful to everyone who’s played a part in my journey. Currently I’m part of the SURF deployment team, focusing on testing system functionality, guiding staff through training, providing support, and creating reference resources that make the transition to our new accounting system smoother. It’s rewarding to help build confidence and understanding as teams adjust to the new system.
