Before joining the GCO in September 2017, November 2009 was the beginning of my profession in the casino industry as a slot technician in Philippines land-based casinos. What makes me feel empowered within my role is the love for my family, support of friends, particularly teammates, and the sense of involvement in all undertakings and the support of former leaders along with a sense of being believed in. Both my family and my son, who sees me as his role model, have been very influential in my growth.
