I am truly honored to be selected for the Fleet Marketing Supervisor role. What makes me empowered is the trust and support from my team and leadership. Having the privilege of two-way communication from my manager and my decisions and suggestions being put into consideration makes me feel valued and respected. The ability to collaborate with talented individuals inspires me to bring out the best in myself and my team.

One of the most influential people in my journey has been Zanele Siziba, my Marketing Manager. Her “go-get-it” attitude and strength in the face of challenges have profoundly shaped my professional growth. Her unwavering belief in my potential has motivated me to take on challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.
