After an extraordinary 23 years of dedicated service, Fleet Casino Manager Steve Jeffries has decided to retire, marking the close of a remarkable chapter in Global Gaming’s history. Steve joined Global Gaming on December 1, 2003, beginning his journey onboard the Coral Princess as an Assistant Casino Manager. His professionalism, leadership presence, and deep knowledge of casino operations set him apart from the very start, and he was promoted to Casino Manager the following year, a role he carried out with distinction until 2019. During this time, Steve became widely known as the Majestic Princess custodian, serving three consecutive contracts as Casino Manager onboard the ship, from its setup through its maiden voyage. Steve’s career continued to evolve with his promotion to Fleet Casino Manager, where his influence expanded across the HAG fleet. In 2020, amid the unprecedented challenges of the global pandemic, he played a critical role in the decommissioning of several ships, and in 2021, he was highly instrumental in bringing ships back into service as operations resumed worldwide.
