My name is Maja Angelovska and I come from sunny Macedonia. I have been working with GG for 11 years, starting my career onboard the Carnival Conquest as a Casino Dealer. It didn’t take long for me to realize there was so much more to explore, so I joined the Marketing Team. My career as a Casino Marketing Manager has been one of the most exciting journeys of my life. I love creating memorable guest experiences, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to the success of both our guests and our company. What makes me feel most empowered in this role is knowing I make a difference. Whether I’m working alongside my team or engaging with our valued players, I’m motivated by knowing my work helps create experiences that keep guests coming back. Watching team members grow and supporting them in achieving their goals is incredibly satisfying as well. The people who have influenced my growth the most are the leaders and mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone. They showed me that great leadership isn’t only about achieving results — it’s also about inspiring, supporting, and uplifting others along the way. As I continue to grow in my career, I hold onto my passion for creating incredible memories for our guests, developing strong teams, and making a positive impact on the people around me.
