I began my career with Carnival Cruise Lines on October 13th, 2013, after completing the dealer training school in Varna, Bulgaria, led by Trevor Cullen from Casino Logistics. What empowers me most in my role is the opportunity to grow under strong leadership and the solid foundation provided by continuous management training programs. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to work with several influential leaders who helped shape my development. I first met Claudia Tudose in 2014 when she was a Casino Manager, and she played a key role in guiding me as I transitioned into the Casino Host position in 2017. Another major influence has been Troy Kennedy, whose leadership by example inspired both me and many of my colleagues. Lastly, Lilian Blough consistently pushed me to improve, showing me what true leadership looks like and giving me the confidence to succeed. I’m grateful for the mentorship and support I’ve received since the start of my career and appreciate the opportunities and experiences that have helped me grow within a company that continually raises the bar in our industry.
