I have been with Global Gaming for almost 17 years since 2009, during which I have had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally within the organization. I feel most empowered by the strong support system from Global Gaming leadership team consistently encourages development, open communication, and accountability. The trust placed in me to lead, make decisions, and mentor others has been especially empowering. I have also been fortunate to learn from several leaders like Ciprian, Catalin, Beti, Kyrlo and many more throughout my journey.

Their guidance, constructive feedback, and belief in my potential have played a key role in my growth and confidence as a leader. I look forward to continuing my journey with Global Gaming and taking on new challenges ahead.
