I joined Global Gaming in April 2012, starting my journey as a Casino Technician aboard the Carnival Imagination. Since then, it’s been an incredible ride filled with growth, innovation, and collaboration.
I feel most empowered knowing I’m part of a high-performing team where we can openly share challenges and divide complex work. This allows me to focus my energy on Casino Technical Projects, which ultimately increases our collective output and lets me tackle projects I couldn’t handle alone. Additionally, I find great empowerment in mentoring new technical staff and helping to bring the entire Global Gaming team to a high level of performance.
My career growth would not have been possible without the collective support of the Technical Managers across the entire fleet, alongside the dedicated support from our Fleet Technical Manager, who provides invaluable assistance with all our technical inquiries.
Before joining Carnival Corporation, I served as a Slot Manager in a land-based operation for seven years. Combining that experience with the extensive knowledge I’ve gained over the years at Global Gaming, I feel my career has reached a significant level of maturity. However, I remain convinced that my learning and growth will continue well into the future.
