I have been with Global Gaming Since August 2019. I joined the Company as a Dealer 3. The support from the leadership team onboard & shoreside together with the access to information makes me feel most empowered. As humans we don’t have all the answers to all the questions. However, if you know where to look or who to turn to it makes a huge difference. The two people who had a huge impact on my growth are David Spangenberg, who was the Casino Manager on my first contract, and Melody Bartolome, who was the onboard host at the time. These two individuals saw something in me that I never saw in myself and offered me the opportunity to train as a casino host. I will forever be thankful to them because ever since then, there has been no turning back. I’m extremely grateful for all the people who have contributed to my success and all the people I’ve met across all the brands. It’s truly amazing to be part of this magnificent organization.
