Rachel Threlfall, Casino Host 3, Carnival Dream

During her time on Carnival Dream, Rachel has been simply outstanding in every aspect of her position. She delivers exceptional guest service, portrays a charismatic personality and is a true mentor for upcoming hosts. Being the face of the casino, she made sure that through her actions and transparency, our guests feel welcomed. Rachel has created a good rapport with our guests and also works as a middle manager when she deals with guest disputes and any queries that may need to be addressed. Expanding her boundaries outside shipboard marketing, Rachel has been working together with our Shoreside Marketing team sharing new concepts and feedback that would drastically improve our guest’s benefits, minimizing host time behind the desk etc. which could be implemented fleetwide in the very near future. Furthermore, she was chosen to participate in a recent seminar held in the Miami office to share innovative ideas in marketing and other areas of the operation. Nominating Rachel for Team Member of the Month was a small token of appreciation for her outmost dedication and exemplary work ethics portrayed during her time onboard Dream.
