I’ve been with Global Casino Operation since February 2015, where I’ve steadily climbed the ranks to become Assistant Casino Manager. I feel most empowered when I receive support and acknowledgement from both my team members and leadership. It’s essential to have a collaborative environment where everyone is working towards a common goal which is guest satisfaction and having fun and memorable vacation. It’s hard for me to single out individuals who have made either small or significant contributions to my progress, as I deeply appreciated every person’s input. I am immensely grateful to my managers and shoreside team for trusting me with their confidence, which strengthens my belief in myself and enhances my capabilities in my role.
